I’m Julie Groth and when I say that I know what it takes to make the dream come true, it’s because I have. In my long career, I’ve successfully completed over 150 projects and have worn all the hats (contractor, investor, project manager, owner), Meet Your Guide.
My mission is to help you take control of this process-all of it. I’m here to simplify the complex (very complex), show you the steps to take (in the correct order), guide you past the pitfalls, and teach you the skills you need to manage your project and the contractor (or even act as one yourself).
