The 2nd page is full of details with 400+ rows of construction items and phases. Columns are set for Material, Labor, Subs and Totals.

VIDEO INSTRUCTION. How to Use Estimate Spreadsheet. The template has some initial data in it and the video is a walk-thru of how to actually use the template itself.  What to edit and not, how the data is populated and some things to think about while estimating. This is not an in-depth tutorial on how to actually get quotes and to price out the cost to build a house. That’s far more involved and requires a class.
